务必在离开博览会之前确认你已经领取以下物品:参赛号码,安全别针,计时装置,印有你的号码的装备包。 请在比赛前一天将计时装置牢固固定在鞋带上。 2015年李战哲老师完成伦敦马拉松 Runbuk™ 制作了伦敦马拉松个性化地图,请点击这里查看。注:如国内无法加载,请出境后查看。 官方线路图和海拔变化图请点击这里下载。 起点设在格林尼治公园,分红色、蓝色、绿色三个等待区。参赛号码布右下角的号码指定了具体区域(1至9)。等待比赛开始后,蓝色和绿色区域的比赛路线会在1英里前会合,红色区域的比赛路线在3英里前会合。 在3英里道路右侧,有一座印度锡克族的上师之门,即他们的集会朝拜的地方。锡克教是近代宗教(公元十五世纪),是印度教巴克提派的虔信运动(梵天信仰)和伊斯兰教苏菲派一神论的共同基础上产生。 10公里后国家航海博物馆会出现在路左侧。它是世界遗产格林尼治的一部分。1997年,“海事格林尼治”成为世界遗产,理由是格林尼治保存了高密度、高质量的具有历史和建筑意义的建筑区域。博物馆免费对公众开放。 在将近11公里处,在赛道右侧会经过皇家海军学院,这是英国著名的世界文化遗产,紧接着路过建于1869年的英国国宝级帆船卡蒂萨克号(Cutty Sark),又名短衬衫号、克里斯蒂克号等,是一艘现存在世的最古老帆船。 碎片大厦(The Shard)高309.6米,为欧盟最高建筑物,耗资15亿英镑,2008年9月开工,2013 年2月1日完工。大楼的空置率为70%。大楼内有几家餐厅和一家香格里拉酒店。观景台门票约25英镑。详情可以点击下面的链接。 赛道20公里是伦敦塔桥。1886年伦敦塔桥开建,建造共历时8年,两座坚固的桥墩共使用了7万吨水泥,桥塔和桥身共用了1.1万吨钢铁。游客也可以预订“幕后”之旅,参观桥的指挥中心。现在桥的两扇桥板每年约升降500次。 伦敦塔曾作为堡垒、军械库、国库、铸币厂、宫殿、刑场、公共档案办公室、天文台、避难所和监狱,现在伦敦塔主要是一个旅游景点,展出不列颠王冠宝石等。700多年来,每个傍晚守卫都会举行交钥匙仪式。 贝尔法斯特号轻巡洋舰1936年开工,1938年下水,曾在二战中服役,1963年退役,现在属帝国战争博物馆的一部分。它英国皇家海军建造的最大的轻巡洋舰。该舰在二战中战果辉煌,还参加了朝鲜战争。 1666年伦敦大火是伦敦历史上最严重的火灾,连续烧了4天,焚毁了87间教堂、44家公司以及13000间民房,欧洲最大城市伦敦大约六分之一的建筑被烧毁。后来起火点普丁巷立了这个高约60米的纪念碑。 圣玛莉艾克斯30号(30 St. Mary Axe) 昵称小黄瓜(Gherkin),也曾称为“瑞士再保险公司大楼”(the Swiss Re Building),落成于2003年,有180米高,共40层。大楼是由诺曼·福斯特等人共同设计,由瑞典公司负责实体的建筑工程。 伦敦桥是伦敦历史最悠久的一座桥。它所在的地方第一座桥是由罗马人在2000年前年搭建的木桥。1722年由于交通挤 塞太严重市长下令所有交通工具靠单边出入,据说这是英国行车靠左惯例的开始。现存的伦敦桥是在1824到1831年修建的。 圣保罗大教堂曾经是伦敦的最高建筑,巴洛克风格建筑的代表,其壮观的圆顶仅次于梵蒂冈的圣彼得大教堂。1981年查尔斯王子和戴安娜王妃,2011年威廉王子和凯特王妃的婚礼都在这里举行。可以登到塔顶眺望伦敦的风景。成人参观门票18英镑。 泰特现代艺术馆设有泰特不列颠、泰特利物浦、泰特圣艾伍兹及泰特在线,合称“泰特”。其建筑物前身是座落于泰晤士河的河畔发电站,由瑞士建筑师改建。现在馆藏有亨利·马蒂斯、毕加索等大师的作品。 萨默塞特府(Somerset House)建于200多年前,采用了建筑师威廉·钱伯斯爵士的新古典主义设计。这里最初是一幢始建于16世纪的同名建筑。伊丽莎白公主、詹姆士一世王后、查理一世王后和查理二世王后都曾在这里居住。 伦敦国王学院在1829年由英王乔治四世和首相威灵顿公爵创建,这里曾经走出12名诺贝尔奖得主,其学术声望可与牛津、剑桥相比。伦敦国王学院是一所以研究为导向的大学,也是英国第四古老的学校,享有世界性的学术声誉。 伦敦眼(The London Eye)又称千禧之轮,是世界上首座、也曾是世界最大的观景摩天轮,于1999年年底开幕,总高度135米(443英尺),面向国会大楼与大笨钟。伦敦眼共有32个乘坐舱,一圈需时30分钟。可提前网上订票。 大本钟是伦敦威斯敏斯特宫北端钟楼的大报时钟的昵称,是伦敦的标志之一,于1858年4月10日建成,高约98米,是世界第三高钟楼。每15分钟响一次。由于受到地铁的影响,最近测量显示大本钟朝西北方向倾斜约半米。 维多利亚纪念碑建于1911年,位于白金汉宫前,底部是维多利亚女王的大型汉白玉坐像和正义和真理天使的雕像,顶端是鎏金的胜利女神和两个侍从像。整个纪念碑的装饰注重航海主题,与林荫路另一端的水师提督门遥相呼应。 欢迎提出反馈,以便我们免费提供最有价值的信息给大家。

北极点马拉松

2017年4月9日一年一度的北极点马拉松顺利完成。这场世界之巅的比赛只能接受50余人报名,刚刚结束的这场比赛吸引了来自22个国家和地区的长跑爱好者。 北极点马拉松自创始以来,就号称“世界上最冷酷的马拉松”(the world’s coolest marathon),这个称号名副其实。在刚刚过去的这个周末,北极点营地的最低气温达到了零下41℃。比赛当天的气温约零下35℃。   除了严寒,路面状况也是对选手的巨大挑战。确切地说不是路面,而是冰面,因为这场马拉松是在北冰洋上举行的,是在漂浮的巨大冰面上面。也就是选手们在跑步的同时,巨大的冰面也在缓慢移动。根据监测,比赛地点的实际纬度是北纬89度17分,东经34度50分。   波兰选手Piotr Suchenia 以4小时06分34秒获得男子冠军,来自法国的Frederique Laurent 以 6小时21分03秒获得女子冠军。   跑者之旅是北极点马拉松的独家代理,报名信息请联系oliver@runbuk.com。
